Java | Indonesia
Java is one of the many islands in the Indonesian archipelago and is home to the capital city Jakarta in the west of the island. West Java doesn’t get too much foreign tourism but is a hotspot with domestic tourists. Central and east Java are the most popular parts of Java. Central Java is known for its historical building and impressive heritage sites. East Java presents contrasting landscapes and some of Indonesia’s most spectacular natural wonders. Bali is close to east Java and is a part of the reason why this region is becoming popular.
